Behavior Analyst Supervisor III
Master's degree in related field.
2-years experience working with the developmentally disabled or children with behavior disorders.
Appointed by Executive Director.
Theoretical understanding and philosophical appreciation for behavioral intervention in a clinical setting.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Staff recruiting, assignment and schedules.
Staff training and quality control.
Supervise all clinical aspects of each individual client, including curriculum development.
Monitor the implementation of program activities for patient, either home or clinic based at least 1 time per quarter.
Supervise and review client reports and development of IFSP/IEP goals and objectives.
Supervise and review all client behavior plans and protocols.
Develop relationship with regional center and school staff.
Assist with policy development.
