EDUCATION:

Ph.D. Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.

BCBA certified.

EXPERIENCE:

Experience in and understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis and the implementation of its principles.

RELATED TRAINING:

Internship at ABA approved training facility (e.g., Marcus Institute, Kennedy Krieger Institute).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee all aspects of the Shabani Institute.

Oversee clinical aspect of each individual client.

Collaborate with outside agencies.

Policy development.
